摘 要:为解决穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯过程中,底抽巷位置选择和穿层钻孔设计存在盲目性的问题,对煤巷和底抽巷空间层位关系进行优化分析,确定了底抽巷的合理布置区域;并在此基础上,建立钻孔长度计算数学模型,提出了底抽巷与抽采钻孔同时设计的一体化策略,在平煤十二矿进行了现场应用。结果表明:经过优化设计后,水力割缝钻孔对周围普通孔有显著影响,割缝预抽2周后,67%钻孔的瓦斯浓度较割缝前显著升高,增大2~3倍;煤巷掘进月进尺超过百米,较常规措施提高1~1.5倍;掘进期间巷道瓦斯涌出量较小,保持在700 m3/d以下,大幅降低了煤与瓦斯突出危险性。In order to solve the blindness problem existed in the floor gas drainage gateway location selection and strata through borehole design during the gas pre-drainage process with strata through borehole,an optimized analysis was conducted on the space layer relationship between the seam gateway and the floor gas drainage gateway and the rational layout region of the floor gas drainage gateway was determined. Based on the circumstance,a mathematical model of the borehole length calculation was established,integration tactics was provided on concurrent design of the floor gas drainage gateway and gas drainage borehole and the site application was conducted in No. 12 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine Group. The results showed that with the optimized design,the hydraulic slotting borehole had obvious influences to the surrounding conventional boreholes. After two weeks of the slotting borehole has drainaged,the gas concentration in 67%boreholes was obviously increased and was increased by 2 ~ 3 times. The month advance rate of the seam gateway driving was over 100 m and was increased by 1 ~ 1. 5 times than the conventional measures. During the driving period,the gas emission of the seam gateway was low and kept below 700 m3 per day. Thus the danger of coal and gas outburst was highly reduced.
