摘 要:针对大采高工作面煤壁片帮严重影响生产的实际,提出了煤壁片帮防治柔性加固技术。分析了煤壁变形特征和柔性加固机理,设计了柔性材料拉拔实验和柔性材料加固煤样强度实验,研究了不同直径棕绳煤样的变形和强度特征;构建了"棕绳-浆液-煤体"的本构模型,揭示了棕绳与煤壁协调变形机理。研究发现:煤壁具有逐渐暴露、无支护、大变形的特征,柔性支护材料棕绳具有延伸性好、抗拉强度和抗剪强度较高等特点,棕绳能够适应煤壁的大变形特征;"棕绳+注浆"这种新的煤壁柔性加固技术可以实现全长锚固,破坏的煤体在棕绳拉力作用下不滑落,煤壁稳定性得到提高。煤壁柔性加固技术效果显著,成本大幅降低,为煤壁片帮防治提供了新思路。In terms of the actual impact of rib spalling on production in large mining height coal face,a flexible reinforcement technique of rib spalling is put forwarded in this study. Based on the deformation characteristics of coal face and flexible reinforcement mechanism,the mechanic properties of manila is analyzed by using the drawing experiment.The strength experiment of grouting of broken coal samples is also conducted to study the strength characteristics. The mechanism of coordinated deformation between manila and coal face is revealed by building the constitutive model of'Manila-serous-coal'. The study shows that: the coal face have the characteristics of gradual exposure,without supporting,large deformation. Manila has the characteristics of good extensibility,higher tensile strength and shear strength,and the manila can adapt to the large deformation features of coal face.'Manila + grouting'reinforcement technology can achieve full length anchorage,and the destructive coal face cannot fall under the tension of coir rope,which improves the stability of coal face. The effect of flexible reinforcement technique of coal face is remarkable,besides the cost is greatly reduced,providing a new way to control the stability of coal face.
