摘 要:基于螺纹钢锚杆拉伸试验与巷帮围岩深部位移变形监测,建立了锚杆安装后的本构模型与巷帮围岩峰后强度区、塑性区以及弹性区的本构模型,并分析了锚杆参数对巷帮围岩本构模型的作用效果。结果表明:当锚杆安装后的锚固段位于弹性区围岩时,锚杆能同时控制巷帮峰后强度区与塑性区的变形,且能保证锚固段强度。针对大变形巷道中,锚杆长度不足,锚索延伸率较低,片帮或扩修后支护材料失效的难题,新研发了长螺纹扩帮锚杆。该锚杆具有"锚固点深"、"延伸性好"和"多次复用"的特性,且特有的长螺纹段可解决巷道片帮和扩修后需要补打锚杆锚索的难题。Based on tensile test of rebar bolt and deformation feature in deep rock,constitutive models of bolt after installation and laneway's side rupture zone,plastic zone and elastic zone were established,and the ordinary bolt parameters' effect on constitutive model of laneway's side was analyzed. The results indicate the bolt can control the deformation in rupture zone and plastic zone,and the anchorage strength can be maintained,when the anchoring section of the bolt is located in elastic zone. For the deformation roadway,the bolt was too short in length,the cable had low elongation,and support material lose effectiveness after the rib spalling and enlarging. Therefore,a new long-thread lengthened bolt was invented,which had the feature of 'deep anchorage point','good extension'and 'multiple reuse',and the long-rigid-thread section could avoid the waste of bolt and cable after the rib spalling and enlarging in roadway.
