摘  要:针对亭南煤矿西翼轨道大巷的底臌防治难题,运用软岩工程力学理论,分析了底板泥岩的黏土矿物成分和结构及其遇水膨胀强度软化的特性,提出了软岩巷道的底臌变形力学机制。研究结果表明:底板泥岩的黏土矿物含量高达50.9%,主要黏土矿物成分为高岭石和伊/蒙混层矿物,具有强膨胀性;泥岩遇水后的软化特性明显,在暴露20 h后,强度衰减系数为0.72,35 h时强度衰减系数为0.61,开挖后必须及时对底板泥岩进行封闭;底臌变形破坏主要受分子吸水膨胀、胶体膨胀、构造应力、工程偏应力、软弱夹层等多种因素影响,其变形力学机制为IABIIABDIIIBA型;根据该复合型变形力学机制,提出了铺设干石灰粉、开挖反底拱和安装底角锚杆的综合支护对策,经现场应用,效果良好。In order to overcome the difficulty of the floor heave control in Xiyi haulage roadway of Tingnan Coal Mine,the author used the soft rock engineering mechanics theory to analyze the mineralogy,structure,and the water softening property of the floor mudstone. The study determined the deformation mechanical mechanism for the floor heave of the soft rock roadway. The results show that: The floor mudstone,whose clay mineral content is as high as 50. 9%,has a strong expansibility and the main clay minerals are kaolinite and illite / smectite mixed layer; The water softening characteristic of the floor mudstone is obvious. After 20 hours' exposure,the intensity attenuation coefficient of the rock is0. 72,and after 35 hours' exposure,the intensity attenuation coefficient is 0. 61,so some measures must be taken to deal with the mudstone floor timely after excavation; The floor heave deformation of the roadway are mainly caused by several factors such as molecular water swelling,colloid swelling,tectonic stress,engineering partial stress,weak interlayer,etc.,the deformation mechanical mechanism is a kind of composite mechanical mechanism,named IABIIABDIIIBAtype deformation mechanical mechanism; For the deformation mechanical mechanism of the roadway,the paper puts forward a series of corresponding support measures including paving dry lime powder,excavating inverted arch and installing foot bolts. The control effect on floor heave is good.
