摘　　要：介绍了沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)在铜版纸生产中作为填料及涂布颜料的应用与特性,重点介绍了涂布级PCC对铜版纸光学性能、印刷性能等方面所带来的影响,并展望了其在涂布加工纸中的应用前景。与研磨碳酸钙(GCC)相比,涂布级PCC能全面改善纸张的光学性能如白度、光泽度、不透明度等,并提高纸面的平滑性能,同时其高松厚的涂层结构及高的孔隙率所带来的快速吸收性能,将对其的最终使用产生重大影响。This paper introduces the application and characteristics of PCC as a filler and coating pigment in coated art paper production.It mainly studies the effect of PCC of coating pigment on coated art paper optical properties and printability,and also discusses its application prospect for coated art paper in the future.In general,comparing with GCC,PCC of coating pigment can impro ve paper optical properties,such as brightness,sheet gloss,opacity etc.,and paper smoothness,meanwhile its rapid absorption property because of its high b ulk coating layer structure and porosity will have a strong impact on its end-u se.
