车船用椭圆齿轮油耗传感器设计与试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了用于以柴油机为动力的车辆和船舶的椭圆齿轮油耗传感器的工作原理 ,重点研究了传感器的关键部件椭圆齿轮的设计原理和计算方法 ,给出了一组具体的齿轮设计参数。对试制样品传感器进行了系数标定、与国外传感器对比和强化磨合前后对比三项试验 ,并给出了试验曲线。对开发车船用油耗传感器具有理论和实际意义。Introduces the principle of fuel consume sensor with oval-shaped gears for heavy-duty trucks and ships.It is studied especially that designing and calculating method of the oval-shaped gears.A group of parameters of the gear are worked out.Three kinds of test have been done about sample sensor and performance curves are shown.The paper provides with theoretical and practical significance for the people who are going to develop the sensor product.
