摘　　要：根据临钢中板厂钢板剪切过程中出现的长宽尺寸偏差问题 ,分析了其产生的原因 ,制定出相应的控制措施 ,保证了钢板长宽尺寸偏差 10 0 %符合国际 ,80It analyses the reason, which arises the size deviation of lengh and width, while the steel plates of Lin Gang medium plates are cut. It also lays down a control measure for it, pledges the size of length and width tallies with country's standard a hundred per cent and comes to factory's inside standard eighty per cent.
