摘　　要：With the evolution of network and communication technology,Web service management has been a hot topic for the last couple of years. Firstly this paper introduces the background and development of two concepts: Webservice and Web service management. Based on the overview of service management,such as architectures,frames,models,functions ,etc ,we integrate the universal architecture of web service management. In addition,this paper introduces the corresponding protocol or standard on its every layer.With the evolution of network and communication technology, Web service management has been a hot topic for the last couple of years.
