阻抗法评价静松灵对马心功能的影响

摘　　要：本实验首次以无损伤性电阻抗技术,对10匹实验马应用静松灵后的心血管状态进行了监测。结果表明,肌注静松灵后,实验马心率、心输出量、单位体重心输出量、心室最大射血速率显著下降,左室射血时间、总机械收缩时间显著延长,每搏输出量没有显著变化.有的马还出现心律不齐,房宣传导阻滞和心音分裂。Ten healthy adult horses anesthetized with Jing-Song-Ling were monitored with model SJ-42 polygraphy.The important parameters Were obtained through items of eleetroeardiongram(ECG),phonoeardiogram(PCG),impedance eardlog(?)m(ICG),first derivative-gram(FDG)in the reeumbent healthy horses. The results indieated that Jing-Song-Ling had influence on the cardiac function It caused a remarkable decrease in the CO.CO/kg,dz/dt,HR and a remarkable increase in the LVET.TEMS in the horses.In addtion,the ECG and PCG Showed some bradycardia, atriventriculer block and splitting of heart sounds in the horses.
