摘 要:对不同质量浓度(500,1000,1500mg/L)的HPAM水溶液在流速12cm/s、温度30℃、不同磁感应强度(150、300、400、500mT)和不同峰数(1、2、3、4峰)下进行了磁处理,测定了磁处理前后30℃时的溶液粘度,发现溶液浓度越高、峰数越多,则磁化增粘效果最好(最高达29.8%),但实验关系具有多值性特征,说明在将磁化技术用于聚合物溶液增粘时,须针对所用溶液筛选最佳磁化参数。在30℃、150mT、3峰条件下磁化的1000mg/LHPAM溶液,在30~90℃范围内的粘度均高于相应未处理溶液,即磁处理可提高溶液的热稳定性。在40℃、150mT、3峰条件下磁化的加入NaCl的1000mg/LHPAM溶液(其粘度较不加盐的相应溶液下降90%以上),磁化增粘幅度随加盐量增加(10~120g/L)而减小,表明磁处理可提高溶液的抗盐性。在30℃、150mT、3峰条件下磁处理后的500mg/LHPAM溶液的粘度,在30℃下随放置时间延长而下降,下降幅度随放置时间延长而减小,72h后仍高于未磁化的相应溶液,表明磁处理的HPAM溶液同样具有磁记忆效应。讨论了以上实验现象的机理。图3表1参9。The magnetic treatment of polymer HPAM solutions in distilled water of concentration 500, 1 000, and 1 500 mg/L is conducted at flow rate 12 cm/s, temperature 30℃, varying magnetization intensity (MI) 150, 300,400, and 500 mT and varying pulse number (PN) 1,2,3, and 4 and the viscosity of the solutions before and after MT is determined at 30℃. It is shown that the enhancement in solution viscosity (SVE) is commonly higher when polymer concentration and PN are higher but the relationships obtained are multiextremal which indicates that optimization of magnetization variables must be performed for a solution selected in practical uses of MT. For 1 000 mg/L HPAM solution treated at 30℃, 150 mT and PN 3, the viscosity values at 30-90℃ are all higher than that for untreated one, being an evidence of improved thermal stability of treated solution. For the same solution with NaCl added ( though its viscosity is dramatically decreased by >90% comparing with the original one), the SVE by MT at 40℃, 150 mT and PN=3 becomes lower when NaCl is added (10-120 g/L) and shows improved salt tolerancy of solution by MT. For 500 mg/L HPAM solution treated at 30℃, 150 mT and PN 3, the solution at 30℃ decreases in time at standing at 30℃ with decrement becoming less and less and still keeps higher than that for the untreated one in 72 hrs. This means that the magnetic memory effect appears with the magnetically treated HPAM solutions, too .
