摘 要:以非离子、阳离子、阴离子表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP 10、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵CTAB、十二烷基苯磺酸钠SDBS作对比剂,在20℃用吊环法实验测定了膜驱剂MD 1(一种单分子双季铵盐)水溶液的表面张力和界面张力。MD 1水溶液的表面张力基本上不随溶液浓度而变,其值约71.5mN/m,比纯水表面张力理论值仅约低2%,说明MD 1不具有表面活性,是表面非活性物质。模拟油(1%胶质沥青质的煤油溶液,胶质沥青质为辽河兴隆台原油在体积比2∶3的甲醇/苯中的沉淀物)与MD 1水溶液之间的界面张力在MD 1浓度增至25mg/L时开始下降,250mg/L时降至稳定值(20mN/m左右),只下降36%,不形成低界面张力体系。界面张力下降是MD 1在界面吸附富集的结果。模拟油与1000mg/LOP 10+MD 1混合水溶液之间的界面粘度随MD 1浓度(0,300,500mg/L)增加而降低,降低幅度在低转动角速度下随角速度增加而增大,在高角速度下趋于一致。由于OP 10不具有与MD 1相互作用的基团,加入MD 1引起界面粘度(即界面膜强度)降低,是MD 1与胶质沥青质作用的结果。图4参10。The surface and interfacial tension of aqueous solution of molecular deposition filming flooding agent MD1, an organic diammonium compound, at 20℃ are determined by using lifting ring method in comparison with nonionic, cationic and anionic surfactants alkylphenylpolyoxyethylene OP10, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide CTAB and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate SDBS. The surface tension of the solution practically does not change with MD1 concentration, being of 71.5 mN/m ca, a value by 2% lower than the theoretical value for pure water, which shows that MD1 possesses no surface activity and is not a surfactant. The simulation oil used is 1% resinasphaltenes solution in kerosene and the resinasphaltenes are obtained from crude oil of Xinglongtai, Liaohe, as insoluble fraction in 2/3 (v/v) methanol/benzene mixture. The interfacial tension between the simulation oil and MD1 solution begins to lower when MD1 concentration increases to 25 mg/L and reaches stable value of 20 mN/m ca when MD1 concentration≥250 mg/L and the largest decrease 36% indicates that the oil/water system under study is one of high interfacial tension. The decrease in interfacial tension originates from adsorbed and enriched MD1 molecules in the interfacial films. The interfacial viscosity between the simulation oil and mixed 1 000 mg/L OP10+MD1 aqueous solution decreases with increasing MD1 concentration (0,300, and 500 mg/L) and the decrement increases with increasing angular rotation rate in low rotation rate range and becomes practically unchanged in high rotation rate range. As there is no groups in OP10 molecules to interact with MD1 molecules the decrease in interfacial viscosity (in interficial film strength) caused by MD1 introduced results from the interaction between MD1 and resinasphaltenes.
