略论我国农村剩余劳动力的转移

摘　　要：近几年来 ,农村剩余劳动力日益增多 ,如何转移好这些剩余劳动力已经成为目前农村工作中的一个突出问题 ,因此应采取积极发展技能教育 ,提高农民文化、科技素质 ;改革农村二元保障结构 ;有分别地推进小城镇化建设 ;加快农村产业化 ;深化农业内部结构、内部消化就业和扩大对外劳务输出等措施来促进农村剩余劳动力的转移。In the last few years,rural surplus labor force is on increase.How to transfer the surplus labor force has already become a problem within current rural work.Therefore,developing skill training programs,heightening peasants' cultural and scientific level,reforming rural binary insurance structure,promoting town construction,fastening rural industralization,deepening agriculture internal system,internally absorbing the surplus labour and expanding labour export are among the measures of stimulating the transfer of rural labour force.
