心肌康泰冲剂对小鼠柯萨奇B_3病毒性心肌炎疗效的病理形态学观察

摘　　要：本实验通过病理形态学手段观察了复方中药心肌康泰冲剂对柯萨奇B_3病毒所致的小鼠实验性心肌炎的治疗作用。光镜和电镜结果均证明,心肌康泰冲剂对心肌炎具有较理想的治疗作用。不仅能有效地维护心肌纤维及膜系统的完整性,而且对CB_3V具有杀灭和清除作用,其治疗效果与给药浓度正相关。由于CB_3V的所致的小鼠急性心肌炎的动物模型,在心肌损伤性病变及损伤机理上与人类病毒性心肌炎相似,所以本实验结果初步提示,该药为一种比较理想的治疗病毒性心肌炎的新药,其疗效有待于临床进一步观察证实。This experiment observed the function of treatment that 'Xinjikangtai' imfusion to the rabbits with myocarditics caused by CB_3V by means of the pathology. The results showed that the imfusion was the ideal medicine to treat myocarditics by the examination of optical and electron mirroscope. it not only protected the intact of myocardial fibers and endocardial system, but also killed and cleaned the CB_3V. The curative effects and the density of medicine were positive correlation. Because the animal model of acute myocarditis caused by CB_3V was similar to the people's traumatic lesion, So the result of this experiment showed that the imfusion could be a new ideal medicine to treat myocarditics, it's effects needed to be verified in the clinical work.
