摘　　要：经济结构的调整是经济发展的永恒主题。作为社会基本经济制度的所有制结构的宏观结构调整和制度创新 ,对经济结构向高度化方向演进起着至关重要的作用。非国有制经济在经济结构演进中具有高效率 ,它能够带来制度变迁和经济绩效的提高 ,只要我们不断消除所有制非均衡状态 ,解除对非国有经济的进入壁垒 ,就会带来新一轮的产业结构优化和经济增长的效应。The adjustment of economic structure is an eternal task of economic development. As a basic economic system of the society, the adjustment of the macrostructure and the system innovation of ownership play an important role in the evolution of economic structure to a higher degree. The non state-owned economy is efficient in the evolution of economic structure, which may bring the changes in system and enhance the economic achievements and benefits. If only we continuously eliminate the unbalanced state of ownership, and unchain the non state-owned economy from the entry barriers, the new turn of the optimization of industrial structure and the domino effect of economic growth will take place.
