摘　　要：二恶英是一种毒性极大的环境污染物 ,通过活性氧和氧化应激反应损伤多种靶器官。本文综述了近年来该毒物的研究进展 。Dioxin is one of the most toxic compounds and persistent environmental contaminants.It is well known that dioxin can damage a number of target organs through the generation of active oxygen species and oxidative stress.This paper will give a brief review on the effects of dioxin on the oxidative stress and antioxidant system,and the toxicity mechanism of dioxin.
