摘　　要：目的 :探讨提高髋关节后脱位伴后壁骨折疗效的方法。方法 :回顾总结 15例髋关节后脱位伴后壁骨折的治疗过程。 12例切开复位内固定 ,3例侧方牵引。结果 :手术病例中优 10例 ,良 2例 ,无一例坐骨神经损伤、感染等。 3例非手术病例结果优。结论 :对于髋关节后脱位伴后壁骨折的治疗应在急诊手法复位的基础上根据骨折类型、骨折块情况结合全身情况综合考虑治疗方法。 型以上应采用简单、有效的“生物学”内固定 ;术前应及时完善辅助检查 。Objective:To explore the treatment of posterior dislocation of hip accompanying with fracture of posterior wall of acetabulum.Method:Reviewing 15 cases from 1995.1 to 2001.1,12 cases open-reduction and interanl fixation,3 cases side-traction.Result:In the 12 cases of surgery there are 10 cases excellent,2 good,no injury of sciatic nerve,no infection.The 3 cases of non-surgery are good.Conclusion:Thinking over before deciding the method of treatment on the basis of closed reduction.It should be taken effective 'biology fixation'for behind II type.And it should be perfect assistant examine before surgery for avoiding repeating move.
