摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于复杂体系样品分析的分离技术一多维液相色谱。对该技术的原理、分类、模式的选择做了介绍,并引证了其在蛋白质组研究、药物研究等复杂体系样品分析领域的最新应用及发展。A powerful separation method, multidimensional liquid chromatography, of analyzing complex samples is introduced. Its principles, classification, and options of HPLC variants are summarized. Especially the application and prospect of multidimensional liquid chromatography in the field of proteomics and pharmaceutical are highlighted.
