复方聚维酮碘片对家兔口腔给药的长期毒性研究

摘　　要：目的　观察家兔长期应用复方聚维酮碘片的长期毒性。方法　 2 4只家兔随机分为 3组 ,包括对照组 ,0 32 ,3 2mg·kg-1·d-1复方聚维酮碘片口腔给药组 ,连续给药 30d。结果　口腔给予复方聚维酮碘组兔的体重、脏器指数、血常规和血清生化指标 (GPT、GOT、TP、BUN、Cr)与对照组比较无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　复方聚维酮碘片长期口腔给药对家兔无明显毒性。Objective: To observe the chronic toxicity of compound povidone iodine (CPI) on rabbits Methods: Twenty four rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=8) Two groups were administrated intraorally with 0 32 or 3 2 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 CPI respectively, the rest group served as the control Results: 30 d later, the body weight, organ coefficient and biochemical indexes (GPT, GOT, TP, BUN and Cr) in CPI treated groups showed no significant difference compared with those in the control group Conclusion: Chronically intraoral administration with CPI resulted in no obvious toxicity on rabbits
