封闭群东方田鼠的病理学特征观察

摘　　要：观察了东方田鼠封闭群在不同年龄阶段各种病理学变化的特征 ,为建立东方田鼠相关标准创造条件。采用常规病理学技术 ,结合电镜方法 ,对不同年龄的 4 6只封闭繁育的东方田鼠进行了研究和观察。结果封闭群东方田鼠的病理变化主要集中在肺脏与肝脏 ;个别东方田鼠有乳腺癌和隐睾 ,东方田鼠乳腺癌的电镜特征与昆明小鼠有所不同 ;封闭繁育的东方田鼠主要病变有 8种 ;不同年龄的东方田鼠病变的发生率亦不相同。因此 ,封闭群东方田鼠应加强病理监测 ,根据病理监测结果 ,有目的地分离病原生物体。Bio-pathological changes in captive-bred Microtus fortis( as a laboratory animal) were observed. Forty-six M.fortis were divided into 3 different age groups and examined using standard pathological investigation techniques combined with electron-microscopy. Results showed pathological changes were found mainly in the liver and lung and were closely related to aging. Eight types of pathological change were found including individual cases of breast carcinoma and cryptorechism. The electron-microscopic characteristics of breast carcinoma in M.fortis were different from those in KM mice. Therefore, before establishing M. fortis as a standardized laboratory animal, it is necessary to carry out pathological monitoring to and screen out potential pathologens.
