摘 要:用细胞病变效应 (CPE)法证明了青蒿水提物具有抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型 (HSV 2 )活性 ,通过初步分离纯化得到抗HSV 2活性的有效成分。用MTT法研究了青蒿水提物和有效成分的细胞毒性和抗HSV 2活性 ,CC50 分别为 5 2 9mg/ml和 4 94mg/ml,IC50 分别为 1 4 5mg/ml和 0 12 8mg/ml,TI分别为 3 6 5和 38 6。以 0 5mg/ml的无环鸟苷 (ACV)作为阳性对照 ,结果显示有效成分在体外可以明显抑制HSV - 2的致细胞病变作用 ,效果与ACV相当。The anti herpes simplex virus type 2 activity of the crude water extract of Artemisia annua L.was proved by cytopathogenic effect(CPE)method.By re extracting with different solvents,the partially separated components maintaining antiviral activity were obtained.The 50% cytotoxity concentration(CC 50 ),50% inhibition concentration(IC 50 )and therapy index(TI)of the crude water extract and the partially separated components were 4 94 mg/ml,0 128 mg/ml,38 6 and 5 29 mg/ml,1 45 mg/ml,3 65,respectively measured by MTT method with 0 5 mg/ml of ACV as the positive control,showing that the partially separated components have remarkable anti HSV 2 activity in vitro.
