十堰市高危人群HIV感染现状及相关行为因素调查

摘　　要：目的　了解十堰地区高危人群HIV感染状况及影响艾滋病感染的相关行为因素 ,为更好地管理这一特定人群 ,制定相关政策、措施提供科学依据。　方法　在 2 0 0 2年 5～ 7月对全市高危人群HIV感染情况及相关行为因素进行了问卷与血清学调查。　结果　在完成 1 4 78份问卷调查的基础上 ,对 1 4 78人进行了HIV检测 ,共发现 1 1例HIV感染者 (包括 1例病人 ) ,HIV感染率为 0 .74% (1 1 / 1 4 78) ,其中职业供血员 1 0例 ,占 0 .68% (1 0 / 1 4 78) ,吸毒人员 1例占 0 .0 6 % (1 / 1 4 78)。　结论　目前经有偿供血感染HIV为我市艾滋病传播的主要途径 ,今后应加强该人群艾滋病相关知识的宣传 ,加强对有偿献血员的管理 ,规范采供血机构 。Objective To investigate HIV infection and the risk behavior among risk population in Shiyan so as to provide the evidence for making intervention policy. Methods Face-to-face questionnaire investigation and serological examination were conducted to 1478 persons during May,Jun,July in 2002. Result 11 HIV -Antibody positives were confirmed (10 HIV infectors ,1 AIDS patient),accounting for 0.74%(11/1478).Of 11 HIV infected people,10 are commercial blood donors,accounting for 0.68%(10/1478).1 is drug user,accounting for 0.06%(1/1478). Conclusion Commercial blood donor plays the most important role in HIV/AIDS transmission at present . The strengthening of health education on AIDS to this group is useful. Corresponding government departments should make effective measures.
