摘 要:本文对大鼠气管的无载荷状态和零应力状态进行分析 ,发现肌肉剪开无载荷气管环所对应张开角较小 ,而且基本上不随气管轴向位置变化 ;与此不同 ,软骨剪开无载荷气管环所对应张开角较大 ,而且随气管轴向距离的增大有明显的上升趋势。结果表明 ,无载荷气管存在残余应变 ,内壁为压缩应变 ,外壁为拉伸应变 ,残余应变与气管张开角之间呈正相关的定量关系。本文所得结果对深入认识气管零应力状态 ,研究气管为适应所处力学环境产生的气管重建是十分必要的。The non load state and zero stress state of the rat trachea were analyzed. It was found that the opening angle from muscular cut is relatively small and has no significant variation in axial direction; comparatively, the opening angle from cartilaginous cut is relatively large and has obvious tendency of increasing with axial distance. Results show that the non load trachea still exists residual strains, compressive strain in inner wall and tensile strain in outer wall, that there exists positive correlation between the opening angle of the trachea and its residual strain. These results are helpful for understanding zero stress state of trachea and studying trachea remodeling in response to mechanical environment.
