摘　　要：目的:设计盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)注射液的处方及制备工艺并考察其稳定性。方法:采用HPLC测定注射液的含量及有关物质,考察制剂对强光、热的稳定性及有效期。结果:盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)注射液对光、热稳定性较差。结论:本品制备方便,工艺可行,对强光、热不稳定。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation and stability of Diltiazen Hydrochloride injection and predict it's expiry term. METHODS An HPLC method was used for the determination of content and related substances of diltiazen hydrochloride. The stability under heat and light was investigated. RESULTS The stabilitie is poor under the condition of heat and light. CONCLUSIONS A preparation procedure of the injection is provided by the authors. The injection is unstable to strong light and heat.
