摘　　要：WD复合碘是我们研制成功的一种新型碘伏类消毒剂。本品含有效碘6.25ppm的溶液,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)和大肠杆菌(8099)作用5分钟杀灭率均达到100％;含有效碘125ppm和500ppm的WD复合碘溶液对蜡状杆菌芽胞(4001)和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(ATCC 9372)作用10分钟杀灭率分别为99.9992％和99.9940％;含有效碘500ppm的溶液对纯化HBsAg作用10分钟,破坏率达100％。本品在室温下避光密闭保存2年,有效碘无明显下降。WD Complex—Iodine is a new kind of iodophor disinfectant, prepared in our laboratory. The qualitative experiment indicated that the solution of WD Complex Iodine containing 6.25ppm av iodine with 5min contact time could kill 100% of staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) Esherichia coli(8099),and the solutions of WD Complex Iodine contoining 125ppm and 500ppm av iodine with 10 min contact time could kill 99.9992% and 99.994% of Bacillas cerus (4001) spore and Bacillus stibtilis var. niger (ATCC 9372) Spore respectively. The solution containing 25～50ppm av iodine could inhibit grouth of fungi. HBsAg could be destroyed by WD Complex Iodine solution containing 500ppm av iodine after contact for 10min. The av iodine content of WD Complex Iodine showed no significant decrease when it was stored in brown bottle at room temperature for two years. Good results have been obtained in hospital trials of skin disinfection.
