摘　　要：不同金融体系在流动性提供、事后监督、解决不确定性和风险、降低交易成本和为新技术融资等方面各有优劣。一国金融体系改革(设计)的重点不是简单地发展银行类金融中介或金融市场,而是综合两者的优势,加强金融基础设施的建设,促进信息的生产和交流,完善相关的法律体系。Different finance systems had different superiorities and inferior positions on liquidity supply, post supervision, uncorrectness and risk solving, reducing trade cost and financing for new techonology. The emphasis of a nation's finance system design should not be the simple development of finance medium or finance market just like banks. We should synthesize the superiorities of finance medium and finance market, strengthen the construction of finance basic installation, promot information's prodution and interchange, perfect the law system interrelated.
