旱金莲提取物祛斑作用的实验研究

摘　　要：为研究旱金莲提取物对黑素瘤B16细胞的作用 ,建立鼠B16黑素瘤细胞培养体系 ,在添加旱金莲提取物后 ,测定黑素瘤细胞活力、酪氨酸酶活性以及黑素含量的变化 ,并与氢醌的实验结果进行比较。结果显示旱金莲提取物抑制人黑素细胞酪氨酸酶活性及黑素合成 ,具有药物浓度依赖性关系 ,对黑素细胞的活力影响较小。提示旱金莲提取物具有抑制黑素合成的功效 。To study the effects of Nasturtium extract on cultured B16 cells,the Nasturtium extract was added into the B16 cells and the cellular viability,tyrosinase activity and melanin content were measured.Results:The Nasturtium extract could inhibit the tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis;and its inhibition increased with its concentration;it had little effects on cellular viability.It is suggested that the Nasturtium extract can be used in clinical practice to whiten skin.
