HD肝病治疗仪治疗肝炎肝硬化的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察HD肝病治疗仪对治疗肝炎肝硬化的疗效。采用分层随机抽样的方法分为综合治疗组 (5 0例 )、单纯仪器组 (5 0例 )和基础用药组 (5 0例 )进行对照观察。结果 :综合治疗组症状总体有效率 94 % ,单纯仪器组 70 % ,基础用药组 4 6% ,综合治疗组总有效率最优 ,与另两组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,单纯仪器组疗效次之 ,与基础用药组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。综合检查总体有效率综合治疗组 86% ,单纯仪器组 62 % ,基础用药组 5 6% ,综合治疗组与另两组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。提示HD肝病治疗仪对肝炎肝硬化具有较明显的疗效 。To observe the clinical efficacy of HD hepatic equipment in the treatment of hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,three groups were set:group A in which 50 cases were treated by the equipment and medicines,group B in which 50 cases were treated by only equipment and group C in which 50 cases were treated by mere medicines.Results:The total effective rate of symptom relief was 94% in group A,70% in group B and 46% in group C,with significant differences between any two groups (P<0.05);the total effective rate of overall conditions was 86% in group A,62% in group B and 56% in group C,with differences between group A and other two groups(P<0.05).It is indicated that HD hepatic equipment is quite effective for hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,with better effects in combination with compound Danshen tablets.
