清肝冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的研究

摘　　要：为观察清肝冲剂治疗慢性丙肝的疗效。观察了清肝冲剂治疗 12 7例慢性丙型肝炎 (HCV)的疗效 ,并以干扰素 (赛诺金 )为对照用药 ,疗程均为 6个月 ,随访 12个月 ;部分病例进行了HCV RNA定量 (PT PCR)检查。结果 :清肝冲剂治疗后绝大部分患者症状消失 ,症状积分显著下降。治疗半年时肝功能中ALT、AST复常率分别为 60 %和5 2 9%。ALT、AST均值显著下降 ,且呈时间依赖关系 ,停药后未见反跳 ,一年时随访 ,ALT、AST复常率达 88%。血清透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅳ型胶原 (CIV)显著下降 ;清肝冲剂治疗后HCVRNA阴转率为 3 0 71% ;61 1%的患者病毒含量明显下降。To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Liver-Clearing Granule' in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C,127 cases in treatment group were treated by the Granule and another 40 cases in control group were treated by interferon,with six-month course and one-year survey.Results:After six-month treatment in treatment group,most symptoms disappeared and the score of symptoms fell obviously;the restoration rates of ALT and AST were 60% and 52.9% respectively;the contents of ALT and AST dropped and decreased with treatment time;no relapse happened.The survey one year after final treatment showed that the restoration rate of liver functions was 88%;HA and CIV reduced remarkably;the negative-transforming rate of HCV RNA was 30.7%;the contents of hepatitis virus reduced in 61.1% of cases.It is revealed that the Granule is fairly effective to protect the liver and fight viruses.
