摘　　要：通过镁钙质中间罐涂料的实际应用,证明镁钙质涂料具有良好的施工性能和解体性能,涂料对钢水基本无污染,还有一定的脱S能力,并对钢水中的非金属夹杂有一定的吸附能力。好的使用效果除与涂料自身的性能有关外,还受到其它相关的外在条件的影响。In this article on the application of MgO - CaO coating for tundish, it is proved that MgO -CaO coating has good construction properties and good disintegration function. The MgO - CaO coating doesn't pollute the molten steel. In addition, it also has the ability of desulfurization from the molten steel. Normally, it can also absorb the non - metallic inclusions in molten steel. Except for the good internal properties of coating, we must say that there are several outside conditions having effect on good application of the MgO - CaO coating for tundish.
