摘　　要：对镁质涂料和镁钙质涂料的耐火性、洁净钢水性能、隔热性能和施工性能进行分析对比.根据上钢一厂镁质和镁钙质中间罐涂料的试验对比,总结镁质和镁钙质涂料各自的特点,得出镁质涂料综合性能优于镁钙质涂料,中间罐材质的发展方向是镁质。This paper analyzes and compares the performances between magnesia and magnesia - calcia materials on refractoriness, keeping molten steel clean, insulating ability and construction.The materials are analyzed respectively based on the comparative test at Shanghai No. 1 Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. . The result shows that the magnesia material is superior to the magnesia - calcia one in performance. It is much better that the magnesia material is used for CC tundish.
