摘　　要：分析了 9CrSi钢轧齿模采用超音频淬火提高使用寿命和减少热处理畸变的原因 ,探讨了热处理的体积畸变和形状畸变的机理 ,提出了改进轧齿模尺寸控制的方法。The distortion of 9CrSi steel roll-teeth mould in heat treatment was analyzed in this paper.By supersonic frequency induction hardening,the distortion of the mould will decrease and the service life could be prolonged.The distortion reason is discussed and the method of distortion control of the mould is also given.
