65例经皮肺穿刺周围型肺部肿块临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨自动活检枪经皮肺穿刺活检诊断肺肿块的价值。方法　对 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月期间来本院就诊的 6 5例经影像学诊断为周围性肺部块影患者 ,在透视或CT定位导向下 ,采用美国产 16～ 2 1G自动活检枪进行穿刺活检。结果　腺癌 32例 ,鳞癌 18例 ,小细胞癌 6例 ,未定型恶性肿瘤 1例 ,结核 2例 ,炎性假瘤 1例。未能作出诊断 5例。确诊率 92 3%。结论　自动活检枪对周围型肺肿块检查安全、可靠。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of automated biopsy gun for lung tumor.Methods From January 2001 to August 2002,65 patients with peripheral lung tumor diagnosed by radiology in our hospital,were punctures with America made 16G to 21G automated biopsy gun guided by fluoroscopy of CT.Results Adenocarcinoma 32 cases,squamous cell carinoma 18 cases, small cell carcinoma 6 cases,unidentify typic malignant carcinoma 1 case,tuberculosis 2 cases,inflammatory pseudotumor 1 case,undiagnosis 5 cases.Accurate rate was 92 3%.Conclusion Automated biopsy gun is a safe,reliable method to examine peripheral lung tumor,and the diagnostic value is very high.
