国际贸易中的二元博弈与中国贸易政策的取向

摘　　要：贸易自由化是国际贸易发展的主流 ,但同时各国为了保护本国的产业发展和环境等 ,也往往会采取一些保护措施 ,从而在国际贸易中存在着贸易自由化与贸易保护主义的二元博弈。在当前经济形势下 ,这种博弈呈现出动态性、长期性、针对性、相互制约性的特点。国际贸易在贸易自由化与贸易保护主义的博弈中逐步发展。中国在推进贸易自由化的同时 ,应采取适当的贸易保护政策 ,促进自身经济的发展。Trade liberalization is the major trend in the development of international trade. But, at the same time, some countries use protection policy to protect their domestic industries, environment, and so on. The dual-game of trade liberalization and trade protectionism always appears. Under the present economic circumstances, the game is characterized by being dynamic, long,varied, and mutually conditioned. International trade is developing with the competition of liberalization and protection. During the promotion of trade liberalization, China must use suitable protection trade policy to promote its own economic development.
