摘　　要：综合物流信息系统发展规划是在物流业发展目标、物流业发展产业政策的基础上,结合运输平台发展规划的一个信息系统发展总体框架及实施步骤。本文主要论述了综合物流信息系统规划应考虑的因素和开发过程。Integrated Logistics information system development program ,which is based on the objective and the policy of logistics industry and which is combined with transportation platform development program ,is an overall framework and implementation process of the development of information system ,This article places emphasis on several considerations and the development process of integrated logistics information system program.
