瘀毒清治疗骨髓增生异常综合征18例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察纯中药制剂瘀毒清对骨髓增生异常综合征的治疗效果。方法 :自身前后对照比较 ,1 8例服用瘀毒清的骨髓增生异常综合征 ( MDS)患者的周围血象、骨髓象、生存期和白血病转化率及临床症候等。结果 :瘀毒清能明显改善患者症侯 ,提高患者生存质量 ;治疗后患者症侯积分明显下降 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,临床缓解率 1 1 .1 1 % ,显效率 1 6.67% ,总有效率 66.67% ,近期疗效较为满意。治疗后患者白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板等均有上升 ,尤以血小板上升较明显 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而幼稚细胞却有下降趋势 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,且能明显改善三系病态造血现象。远期疗效亦较好 ,患者生存期较长 ,最长者已达 66个月 ,3年生存率为 5 5 .5 6%。白血病转化率较低 ,3年白血病转化率 1 6.67%。结论 :瘀毒清对 MDS有一定的治疗作用。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yuduqing (瘀毒清) on Myelodysplastic Syndrome.Methods:Before treatment and after, the myelogram, hemogram, living period, leukemia changing ratio and clinical syndrome of 18 cases were observed and compared. Results: It showed better subjective effect, could significantly relieve the syndrome and improvethe living quality, decreased the syndrome integral( P <0.01). Also it showed better objective effect, its clinical relief rate as 11.1%, markedly effectiverate as 16.67%,total effective effect as 66.67%.The levels of WBC,RBC,HB,PLT of patients after treatment increased, esp.,the level of PLT increased significantly( P <0.05). Moreover, it had better long period effect, it could prolong the living period, the longest to 66 months, 3 year living period as 55.6%, and decrease the leukemia changing ratio as 16.67%. Conclusion:Yuduqing has some curative effect on Myelodysplastic Syndrome.
