摘　　要：企业创新是一个复杂的系统工程,单一要素或人为确定的几个要素的创新行为常常失败。本文采用系统的分析方法,提出了企业创新系统要素之间相关关系的二元数学模型。通过各创新要素彼此间相关关系的分析,寻找企业创新要素之间的相互影响,从而保证企业系统创新的成功。Business innovation is a complicated and systematic p ro ject. Some innovations of single factor or other factors defined by man often fa il. So this article applies systematical analysis and puts forward the mathmatic al model of duality which can analyzes the interrelated connections between the factors of innovation system. Through the study of relations between each innova ted factors, the mutual influence between innovations factors are found, and thu s, the systematic business innovation can be successful.
