摘　　要：树立正确的权力观是共产党人保持先进性的思想基础,是按照"三个代表"要求加强和改进党的建设,提高党的执政水平的基本前提。执政为民是共产党人权力观的中心内容,只有始终保持党同人民之间的血肉关系,诚心诚意为人民的利益而奋斗,才能实践党的纲领。为此,就要从加强党的思想政治建设做起,教育全体党员站在人民群众根本利益的基点上,为实现人民的利益而努力奋斗。To establish right power view is thoughtful basement fo r Communist Party member maintaining advancement. It is basic premise that enhance , improve Party building and boost Partys reigning level according to 'Three Representative' requirement. Reigning for people is central content for Communi st Party member power view, only to maintain affinity between the Party and peop le, struggle for peoples profits and practice Partys creed. Therefore, from enhancing Partys mental policy building, teaching all Party members stand the basic point on peoples ultimate profits to realize peoples profits and endea vor to struggle.
