摘　　要：目的　探讨普米克 (布地奈德 )联合健脾汤治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法　将69例哮喘患儿根据治疗方法不同分成 3组 ,观察治疗后 1年内的远期疗效。结果　单纯哮喘发作期综合控制治疗远期疗效不佳 ,缓解期应用普米克吸入治疗联合健脾汤口服使哮喘再发作频度减少 ,且发作病程缩短 ,发作严重度降低 ,治疗 1年临床控制加显效率提高。Objective It is to investigate the therapeutic effect of budesonide and Jianpi Decoction on asthma in children. Methods According to different therapeutic methods, 69 patients were divided into three groups. The long-term therapeutic effect in one year was observed. Results The patients with combined therapy to control the exacerbation in acute term showed restricted therapeutic effect. While the patients with budesonide inhalation and Jianpi Decoction oral administration in catabasis showed better therapeutic effect, it indicated that the recrudescence frequency, during and severity decreased. After one year’s treatment, their clinical control and obvious effective rates increased. Conclusion The combination of budesonide and Jianpi Decoction is effective for the children with asthma.
