天雄口服液影响小鼠免疫功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察天雄口服液对小鼠免疫器官、体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　将小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、还精煎 (阳性对照 )组和 3种剂量的天雄口服液给药组。灌胃后第 11天脱颈椎处死、解剖 ,并采用称重法、溶血素实验法、单向免疫扩散法、EA花环法和Yc花环法进行测定。结果　小鼠脾脏和胸腺质量增加 ;小鼠血清的IgM和IgG含量显著升高 ;腹腔巨嗜细胞的Fc受体和C3b受体活性显著提高 ;作用与还精煎口服液相类似。Objective It is to study the effect of Tianxiong liquor on immune organs, humoral immune function and cellular immune function of mice. Methods 40 mice were randomized into physiological saline group, Huanjingjian (positive control) group and three different doses Tianxiong liquor groups. All were administrated, and then executed and anatomized at the eleventh day. Each was determined with weight method, amboceptor method, simple agar diffusion method, EA-rosette method and the spleen YC-rosette method. Results The spleen and thymus weights of mice increased. The contents of IgM and IgG significantly rose. The expressions of Fc receptor and C 3b receptor on peritoneal MΦ of mice was enhanced. The effect was similar to that of Huanjingjian liquor. Conclusion Tianxiong liquor can strengthen the immune function of normal mice.
