摘　　要：根据油田的实际情况,研制了Y441—152型注蒸汽封隔器。这种封隔器主要由锚定、密封、坐封、锁紧和解封等机构组成,采用液压坐封,上提管柱解封。它具有耐高温、耐高压、密封可靠和锚定牢靠的特点。室内试验结果表明,其坐封压力为15～20MPa,解封力为50～80kN。现场推广应用中,其坐封压力15～21 MPa,工作温度300～350℃,解封力80～100 kN,坐封成功率98％,解封成功率95％。Model Y441-152 packer for use in steam injection operation is developed according to the actual conditions of oilfields. The packer mainly consists of anchoring device, sealing element, setting and releasing mechanism and locking unit. It is set hydraulically under a pressure of 15-20 MPa and can be released through pulling the string by a releasing force of 50-80 kN. Field use shows that it run well with reliable sealing and good high-temperature resistance.
