摘　　要：目前 ,中国人的经济行为基本上是我行我素 ,在缺少恪守伦理原则的情况下 ,政府、企业、个人所发送的经济信号显示失真的现象司空见惯 ,导致转轨时期中国经济改革的速度缓慢。文章从经济信号失真的内涵出发 ,结合中国经济现实 ,列举出信号失真的表现 ,并尽力寻找产生的原因 。At present time, people's economic behavior in China is b asically of th e one which sticks to one's old way of doing things. On the condition of lacking in adhering to moral principles, it is quite a common occurrence of the distort ed economic signals sent by the government, enterprise and individual, and thus the distortion contributes to the sluggish speed of China's economic reform in t ransition. Proceeding from the considerations of the connotation of economic sig nal distortion, the paper, based on China's economic reality, lists the indicati ons of signal distortion, explores the causes and points out the solutions to th e problem.
