摘 要:在固定床积分反应器中 ,对Fe Mn催化剂上F T合成反应的初期反应性能进行了一系列条件实验 ,考察了在不同温度、压力、原料气H2 /CO比和空速下催化剂的催化性能 .结果表明 ,该催化剂运行 2 0 0h后 ,仍显示出较高的催化活性和稳定性 ,对低碳烯烃和C5+ 烃具有较高的选择性 ,且C5+ 烃的时空收率较高 .在n(H2 ) /n(CO) =1,GHSV =6 0 0 0h-1,p =2 0 2MPa和θ =30 0℃的条件下 ,CO转化率可达 74 1% ,总有效烃 (C=2~ 4+C5+ )的选择性可达 88 6 % ,甲烷选择性为 6 7% ,C5+ 烃的时空收率为 0 5 4 g/ (ml·h) .The synthesis of light olefins and liquid fuel from coal derived syngas via F T reaction over Fe based catalysts is one of the most important processes looking forward to be commercialized. In this paper, we focus on the catalytic performance, the stability and the adaptability of Fe Mn catalyst in F T synthesis. The reaction was carried out in an integral fixed bed reactor, and the effects of various reaction conditions, including temperature, pressure, H 2/CO ratio and space velocity, were investigated. The experimental results show that high temperature is preferential for chain termination and removal of light hydrocarbon products, while low temperature is preferential for chain growth and removal of heavy hydrocarbon products. With the change of reaction temperature from 270 to 300 ℃, the selectivity for C = 2~4 and the space time yield of hydrocarbon products are increased from 15 18% to 25 23%, and from 0 38 to 0 49 g/(ml·h) , respectively, under the conditions of n (H 2) / n (CO) =2, GHSV= 4?000 h -1 and p =2 06 MPa. The hydrocarbon yield is significantly increased from 57 16 to 113 30 mg/L with the change of reaction pressure from 1 00 to 2 54 MPa, under the conditions of n (H 2) / n (CO) =2 01, GHSV= 6?000 h -1 and θ =300 ℃. The CO conversion, the hydrocarbon yield, the space time yield of C 5+ products, the selectivity for (C = 2~4 +C 5+ ) and the selectivity for CH 4 are 74 1%, 122 0 mg/L , 0 54 g/(ml·h), 88 6% and 6 7%, respectively, under the conditions of n (H 2)/ n (CO) =1, GHSV= 6?000 h -1 , p =2 02 MPa and θ =300 ℃.
