摘　　要：探讨了高炉阀门冷焊用焊接材料和焊接工艺。生产实践证明 ,所选用的DF 2B型焊条和焊接工艺 ,常温下焊接时 ,可获得抗裂性和耐磨性良好的堆焊合金层 。The welding material and technology used in the cold welding of valve has been studied in this paper.Producing practice shows:when the type DF 2B is used for welding at normal temperature,surfacing alloy layers with good cracking resistant and abrasion resistant are got,and the valve welded meet the requirements of the use of blast furnace.
