宁夏银南地区回族Yt血型基因频率研究

摘　　要：目的　研究我国回族人群 Yt血型基因的分布频率。方法　随机选择 3 0 0名回族个体 ,采集外周血 ,采用聚合酶链 -特异性引物 ( PCR-SSP)方法检测 Yta 和 Ytb 血型抗原。结果　检测出两种表现型 :Yt( a+ b- ) 2 95例 ,Yt( a+ b+ ) 5例。Yta基因频率为 0 .991 7,Ytb基因频率为 0 .0 0 83。结论　 Yta在宁夏回族为高频表现抗原 ,而 Ytb抗原表达频率很低 ,未见Yt( a- b- )个体。Objective To study the distribution of Yt blood group in Hui nationality of China.Methods 300 unrelative people were typed on Yt aand Yt bantigens by polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers(PCR SSP).Results Two kinds of represent types had been detected,295 were Yt (a+b-) and 5 were Y (a+b+) . Gene frequencies of Yt a and Yt b were 0.991 7 and 0.008 3.Conclusion Yt aantigen is higher than Yt b,Yt (a-b-) hasn't been detected.
