广州市白云区阻断班氏丝虫病传播的策略和措施研究

摘　　要：目的研究阻断班氏丝虫病流行传播的策略和技术措施,消灭班氏丝虫病。方法全民普查,确定班氏丝虫病流行分布;分析班氏丝虫病的病原生物学特点,选用了防治病原为主导的策略;研究血检诊断和海群生治疗的方法和效果,制定和推广应用反复查治病原的防治技术措施;建立监测系统,消灭残存传染源。结果确定查治传染源策略,制定反复查治病原的技术措施;1998年广东省卫生厅组织专家对我区进行消灭丝虫病审评,确认我区已阻断班氏丝虫病传播,达到了消灭丝虫病标准。结论单一针对病原的技术措施,能达到阻断班氏丝虫病传播,消灭班氏丝虫病目的。Objective To studies the strategy and technical measures for interrupting the transmission of Bancroftian jUariasis. Methods Surveillance of Bancroftian filariasis in the epidemic area was performed. The effect of blood diagnosis and hetrazan(DEC) treatment was studied. The measurement of repeat surveillance of the sourses of infection was established and promoted. A surveillance system was formulated to eliminate the remaining sources of infection. Results Control strategies for treating the sources of infection were established. Investigation and treatment of raicrofilaremia was carried out repeatedly. The Bancroftian filariasis treatment of microfilaremia was carried out repeatedly. The Bancroftian JUariasis transmission had been interrupted and the Bancroftian filariasia had been eliminated in Baiyun district in 1998. This has been evaluated by the experts of Guangdong Provincial Public Health Bureau. Conclusion Bancroftian filariasis transmission could be interrupted and elimination could be achieved.
