摘 要:本文对20例豚鼠的股外侧肌、肝、肺和左心室肌的阻抗模频率特性进行了测量,测量频率范围为:0.01~100kHz。其结果表明:当频率大于50kHz时,这四种组织的阻抗模之间差异均有高度显著性;当频率为1kHz~10kHz范围时,除左心室肌与股外侧肌间外,其它组织间阻抗模差异均有显著性;四种组织的阻抗模均随频率的增加而呈下降趋势。Impedance modulus-frequency characteristic of vastus lateralis,liver,lung and left cardiac mus- cle of 20 cavy were studied.Applied frequency ranged from 0.01-100kHz.The results were as fol- lows:(1)When applied frequency is above 50 kHz,the differences of impedance modulus of 4 kinds of tissues were statistically significant.(2)When applied frequency ranged from 1-10kHz,the differ- ence of impedance modulus of all kinds tissues are still significant except that of impedance modulus be- tween,left cardiac muscle and vastus laterlis.(3)Impedance modulus among 4 kinds of tissues de- creased as the frequency increased,and the tendency is similar to that reported by fourcade C.et al.
