摘　　要：通过网络环境对高校图书馆藏内涵、馆藏结构、馆藏观念、服务方式的影响 ,论述了网络环境下期刊信息资源的综合开发 。Based on the influence of the network environment on the development of university library information resources,this paper probes into the strategy in resources construction of periodical information under network environment.It discusses the relations in the construction of periodical information resources under the network environment,and the problems.
