摘　　要：医疗活动是一个作业流程系统,该系统中的流程质量将影响病人在医院的滞留时间,最终影响医院的社会效益和经济效益。作者在简单介绍作业流程重组概念的基础上分析了医院流程重组的模型,去掉了医疗流程中对系统影响不大的因素,把流程的主要因素和主要服务部分表示出来,以便消除医疗工作流程中的瓶颈部门,减少病人的滞留和等待时间,以最快的速度为病人提供服务。The medical activity of hospital is a business process system. In this system the process quality will influence the detention time of patient in a hospital and may damage the social and economic benefits of the hospital finally. This paper introduced the concept of BPR birefly,analyzed the medical process and discussed the significance and method about BPR of the hospital medical workflow. The reengineering model of hospital medical workflow was build by using queuing theory. In the model, the factors of having little effect on hospital process system had been removed, and main factors and main service parts had been expressed. The bottleneck in the workflow could be dispelled, with the result that patients' detention and waiting time had been cut down, and fast services would be achieved.
