医院标准化管理检控操作系统的研究

摘　　要：为了对医院经营状况和医疗质量进行科学、客观的评价和检控,以提高管理水平和效能,在长期实践和调查研究的基础上,制定了医疗质量考评项目及检控评价方法。经采用德尔菲法论证,筛选确定了“医院医疗质量综合评价系统”39项指标,“医院各部门、科室考评项目”各66-73个检控点:编写了《医院质量控制与评价操作手册》及操作系统软件。系统运行后,促进了管理的科学化,提高了医院的医疗质量和经济效益。To evaluate, inspect and control the care quality and manage situation scientificly and objectively as well as to improve the management level and efficiency in our hospital, we have made items to exam as well as the methods to inspect, control and evaluate. Improved by the Delhpi method, we sifted and confirmed 39 marks about the system of synthesis evaluating to the care quality in a hospital as well as 66 -73 entries about the examination item to the every parts and departments. We have written a book named the operating hand book for the control and evaluation to a care quality and got its software of the operating system. All the works we did have improved the scientific management and abvanced the e-conomical efficiency and manage level in our hospital.
