摘 要:采用正交试验的方法研究了耐磨堆焊焊条中各种金属成分的合理匹配及稀土元素的作用.试验表明,本文所研制的高温堆焊焊条的堆焊层组织为马氏体+碳化物,其堆焊层经900℃高温退火,HRC值为54.9,具有很好的高温耐磨性能,它是一种既适用于一般工况,又适用于高温工况的耐磨堆焊焊条.The proper matching of various metal elements and the functions of lanthanide elements is studied and a hightemperature and wearresisting repairwelding rod is developped. It has been made clear through experiments that the fusing and spreading metal buildup is composed of martensite and carbide, and the repairwelding layers, after a 900℃ annealing, show excellent heatresisting and wearresisting capacities with a HRC(HighRupturing Capacity) value of 54.9. It can be used under ordinary working circumstances as well as hightemperature ones.
